So how do I stop beating myself up and learn to appreciate and value what I am doing? Many thanks.

okay I was wondering if that's perfectionism around uh doing the exercising and how many you know and food and all of that although maybe I

mean because I send I ask everybody that's on the emails to come back with a question so yeah probably is around that but yeah like that's something I've struggled with all my life um especially up until I think I became aware that that's what was holding me back I would say um up until about maybe a year ago Like, I mean, everything.

over analyzing and waiting until I was ready to post something, not posting things if I felt I didn't look OK, not posting things if I if I felt the lighting made me look bad, not posting something if I felt that on that particular day, what I didn't what I had to say wasn't really valid.

And also, I never really said what I wanted to say for a long time on social media.

I kind of played it very safe and I kind of just said Here are five ways to get fit today.

That was kind of my content up until a couple of years ago, give or take a few ones where all the stars aligned and I could be myself, but then the next day no stars would be aligned.

I am acting like somebody who has to get everything in their head, looking all okay because I'm so afraid of being judged.
