In today's conversation, we will be joined by Dr. Ebony McGee-Dorsey, a school counseling leader and advocate for equitable student support systems.

Currently serving as a CTE counselor in Mississippi, Dr. McGee-Dorsey brings experience across elementary, secondary, college and career and technical education settings, along with active leadership roles at both the state and national levels.

We'll also hear from Monica Bryant, an elementary school counselor with more than 16 years in education and a passion for equity, cultural competency, and creating inclusive school environments.

Monica recently completed her doctorate in educational leadership and has served in leadership and advocacy roles at the state, local, and national levels.

Joining us as well is Dr. Andres Castro, a senior program specialist with the Los Angeles County Office of Education and former school counselor and district administrator.

Dr. Castro also supports the next generation of school counselors as a part-time instructor and remains actively involved in leadership and committee work with both state and national counseling organizations.

And finally, we'll hear from Tasha Todd, an elementary school counselor with more than 20 years of experience and an extensive history of leadership at both the national and state levels.

Through her work with school counselor associations, professional development, and advocacy initiatives, Tasha has dedicated her career to supporting school counselors and advancing the profession.
