**What if the real spiritual journey isn't about seeing beyond the ordinary, but learning to trust what you already know, quiet the noise, and discover the wisdom within?** In this extraordinary…
And did you develop them over time, or they were just present and you just become more aware of all the, all these innate powers, so to say?
So as far back as I was a child, that was there, and that was the one that I was afraid of because I didn't know what it was and I didn't have a purpose for it.
It was like, you know, I don't know what that is, and I'd try to block it out.
Clairvoyance developed because when I really started to get a lot more, uh, information, let's just say from people when I had my hands, I became curious, and I also started to realize there wasn't a lot to be afraid of.
[laughs] So it was interesting, 'cause it was just the fear for me of overcoming that.
Like, actually, what are you scared of here? This is actually helpful to this person, you know? There's something that I can give here to this, this human that doesn't feel scary to me.
So this, many years ago now, about 30 years ago, I went to my first sort of circle, uh, what we call, at that point it was a, a channeling circle, and its main, its main, I would say its main, at its core was, to me, what I tell people to do every single day, and that was meditation.

And for us to really listen to all of this wonderful knowledge that is available to us at any given time and usually sits right here, we have to stop the noise a little bit or at least pause it for a little bit.
I used to be, like, really a worrier about everything, you know? Oh, this is gonna happen, this is gonna happen, and so fra- And with that loudness, I learned that meditation gave me a space And that space was the place I visited to connect with something higher than me.
I, I also wrote a little children's book some time ago called Millie the Dragon and the Genie, and I wrote it very, very distinctly.
At first, it was just the thought in my mind that I used to use for clients, where I tried to explain to them how we all have a dragon and we all have a genius.
