I loved when Susie said that change is ine- inevitable, so incorporate the ability for flexible scenario planning as opposed to strategic planning for five-plus years into the future.

And in our ever-changing world, maybe as a agency organization, s- pick out, focus on your highest-performing programs.
Or, like, can you partner with other organizations who are already performing similar programs? And, or can you refu- refer some of your beneficiaries to those other organizations?
Yeah, it's getting hyper-focused on your mission and what should you deliver and what should you not deliver, and now may be the time to really explore that.
At the very end, she talked about young people and their potential interest in getting into the nonprofit sector, and just because an organization has a mission that you love, the culture of the organization might not align with what you're searching for.
Try to talk to people who already work there, and determine the culture as well as the mission because it is a full-time, high-passion job, so you need to make sure that you're, you're being fed, um, your energy's being fed as you work in these organizations.
