someone might feel under pressure from their circumstances, or do they kind of create that pressure for themselves internally, uh, and they're kind of like weighing themselves up against what they think they should be like versus what they maybe are like in that moment? Have you...

We talked about that even very early on in, in our, in our conversations in the past.

Um, but what, why, why does that happen, do you think? Why do people kind of create this pressure maybe for themselves, and how do you kind of, how do you deal with that? How do you dial that down when that starts to ramp up in your life?

You know, pressure for me, pressure has, um... it's always felt like it came from somewhere else, but, but it really was my projecting it out or putting it on myself.

So when I catch myself judging another person, uh, it usually is pointing to an area where I feel threatened-

... uh, which took me a long time to ever admit to myself, let alone admit to someone else that, that someone else could make me feel inferior or intimidated.

But I think it's easy to feel like the pressure is, uh, is coming from the outside-
