DDP basically means that tariffs, duties and import fees are all accounted for up front rather than the customer unexpectedly asking to pay them in a weird way.
And I think for a lot of people, this is better because you're not going to get those random messages saying, oh, I've just received a letter in the post from FedEx saying I owe them like 60 quid.
Like, I think this is actually quite a good change myself.

For UK sellers specifically, Etsy is saying that Royal Mail international tracked DDP labels can also now be bought through Etsy.
Now, side note here, digital products are not affected by tariffs because there's no like physical item crossing the border.
The important bit here, this is not a stop selling to America.
It is simply, if you sell physical products to US buyers, you wanna make sure that you understand how your postage and how your pricing now handles those particular duties, okay? So it's not a case of, oh, shipping to the States is too complicated.
