This is the Lakeview Suite, as we call it.

It's where we usually serve breakfast every morning.

However, it's the same room that we use for the bigger weddings.

This room has a capacity of theatre style.

I would say 200 people sit down.

It depends.

Sometimes in a push we can do 150.

We try to maintain it to 125, but it can easily accommodate 150 because obviously we have a dance floor that we cannot use having seated people in there because it has to be used as a dance floor.

Now, one of the things I noticed is that you're very dog friendly here.

Yes.

So, I mean, that's a policy that particularly for some branded hotels is quite difficult to maintain because of guest expectations.

So are all rooms dog friendly or do you sort of find out in advance if a guest is bringing a dog along?

We are a full dog friendly hotel and let me say that we say dog friendly but we mean pet friendly so we always have supported pets.

Pets are nowadays part of people's life and we treat them like we would treat guests.

We do have certain rooms that we don't have pets but that's just for specific guests that they might have any allergies and things that they can tell us in advance and we accommodate based on their needs.

Yeah of course.

So you are set in some absolutely stunning grounds and this garden here with the lake down there with a backdrop of this property is beautiful.

You feel like you are whisked away to the countryside.

And what's the draw do you think for Sheffield? Why would people come and hang out and stay in Sheffield?

Well, there are a lot of things that you can do in Sheffield.

Obviously, we have the Chatsworth House that is very well known and people tend to come to visit Sheffield.

We do offer packages also that you can purchase that includes tickets for the Chatsworth House.

Obviously, Peak District is nearby.
