So in Batam, you have the Marriott Hotel, you have Oakwood now, you have Citigines, you have the likes of your Grand Mercure.

And these are hotel properties abutting obviously various things to play.

And golf has also become a big agenda as the reduction in golf courses has been done in Singapore.

Then after that, I moved on to a kind of provincial hotel portfolio, around 30 hotels that were kind of brought out of the Armada Jarvis administration, around 3,000 keys.

We kind of rebranded to Mercure Hotels under that core partnership.

And then that was kind of bought by Patron Capital.

The West Register were part of RBS, was kind of private equity owners.
