I hear that very commonly, especially in patient care when you're either talking to them and And literally, it doesn't matter.

And I would say 50, 55% of them are just used to, oh, I go out for a walk or, you know, I'll take a stroll after my dinner.

Thinking about strength training or just even body resistance is like a far-fetched dream.

In some cases, they're not even aware about that it would add on to what benefits right and the main reason concern is that i just don't have time for all this in my life you know maybe next year maybe after the holidays maybe after the summer travel is over if you had a client who's expressing the singing or maybe not even ready How would you convey to them the importance or just add more inspiration as to how they could still include exercise in their routine no matter how busy the life is based on their responses?

I think we can all agree there will always be things that keep our lives busy and there will always be a reason not to start.

And if you continue to let that be the reason you don't, you're going to blink and wake up and be 70, 80 years old.

And again, not that it's ever too late to start strength training, but it will affect your quality of life.

And so even though right now it may be a struggle, the payoff for the longevity that you get from that is going to be so worth it.

And I often think that women underestimate how important that it is because we are more prone to osteoporosis as we get older.

And so, you know, lifting weights isn't just the guys in the gym who want to look ripped.

It's for our long-term health so we can play with our children longer and play with our grandchildren someday and not have to worry about, you know, if we trip and fall, us breaking a hip when we're 50, 60, and 70.

I wish I don't see them at the end stage where they've already broken a hip and there's no other conversation except that we're going to start medications now before you even go for physical therapy.
