I've taken a lot of personality tests in my life.
I, I don't know why we have personality tests, but I've, I've taken some of those, and, and I've realized is that I, I am a, a, a huge people pleaser.
Like, that is one of...
And, and that can be a really, really good thing, and that [chuckles] can be, like, a really, really bad thing.
Because sometimes I go home at night and, and, and here we don't have, like, a clock in and a clock out, and so, like, the Fred Flintstone, like, half of the rooms can understand that.

I go home and I'm thinking about, you know, "Did I, did I do this right?" Or, "I gotta meet with this person, and, and hopefully I'm gonna have the wisdom to do this." And I feel that expectation.
