How's business? I feel like you had some new guys on the team and you were kind of like, all right, this is the test, but you're still here.

dude i feel like that i mean rob's been on the show forever and ever and that's been like until you find that right person it just feels like you're just there you're just gonna be there it's doing this like that's it's the hardest role i sold businesses because i couldn't find that person i gave up i gave up on businesses because i couldn't find that person it's so frustrating yeah i mean I guess I learned from it though.

Like that's how I would say, what, why did, what was it that drew you to pick that person? And what do you, in hindsight, what are you like, wait, I should have seen this or should have saw that, or they do me on this.
Cause the guy that wanted to put in that position, uh, was having some health issues so he was not reliably showing up and uh the guy seemed capable but he basically tried he tried to get everyone to quit while we were on that canoe trip i don't know if i gave you a development i don't remember that i don't remember that download Yeah.
So I think, I think we had two guys that Dan, he tried to like start a coup in a week.
Like it was impressive, honestly, to rally everybody around him and get them to quit my business while I was gone was impressive.
you know, essentially he was pretty new to the business and, seemed like he had a good head on his shoulders.
Turns out there was a lot of manipulation happening and a lot of this is my business and Justin's lucky to have me.
So, you know, it's one of those types and didn't recognize it until I got back and then started getting feedback from the entire team about how he handled that whole thing.
