How many SOPs would you estimate you've helped create in your time with Subtract so far?

So we work with contractors and I kind of oversee some of that, but we also have an SOP template library on our website.

That's free for the public to go check out for people to get ideas about what SOPs that they could build for themselves.

And so that has over a thousand different collections of SOPs, a thousand different processes, uh, for different trades, including home builders, including general contractors, and pretty much every trade you can think of.

So I've been involved in quite a few, I'd probably say, uh, it's probably over 10,000 or so at this point.

We're trying to provide some value for people, but, um, Yeah, and that can be tough for contractors, right? These people are, they know how to run a construction business.

They know how to swing a hammer more than they know how to create a standard operating procedure.

kind of where we're trying to fill the gap for them and make that easy for them.

Well, we find there's typically, not to generalize too much, but there's typically two types of builders.
doesn't.

doesn't know the business side and he's not the best when it comes to like what the heck is an sop all i know is how to frame this dang house you know like yeah and then there's the other guy who's like all business and sees the money that can be made in the building industry And that guy, he also isn't really great with the SOPs.

He might be good at systemizing and see the value in that, but when it actually comes to like how to swing the hammer and the proper way to do it, he doesn't have that knowledge.

And one of the biggest things that I see is that if they have them, they're not using them.
