love to break down, in your opinion, first what is the best way to actually create this sop so we've talked about using clog but like you know is it best to make a video is it best to write it down and then i would love to go into what are the main parts of an sop that are like the most important you know like how long it takes who it's for you know like how how much should you put into one of these

Right, right.

So I think the best place to start is just the thing that everyone has that thing in their business that they're tired of telling the people to do over and over again, or tired of, you know, in our case, kind of tracking that.

They don't know the status of this thing or they want to really systemize that part of their business.

So identifying what part of your business to start with creating SOPs and checklists for is a little bit more of an art than necessarily a science.

But I think every contractor can kind of feel it in their bones of like, what's that next thing that I need to just like make sure that so-and-so does this all the time or that all the time, you know? So I think that's a great place to start because that's the thing that keeps you up at night.

That's the thing that you're going to lose sleep over.

And where do you think would be the best place for them to reach? in a chaotic business
