Will CraigGuestPaulsonHostI love that.
For somebody that's watching and this is their first time, maybe the terms A2P might be new, the 10 DLC might be new.
And today it's not a compliance conversation, but can we add some color to what exactly that is for kind of the, uh, I want...
I don't wanna say uneducated, but the folks that are unaware of the compliance landscape and how your solution kind of changes things for them.

So, uh, we actually record a lot of YouTube videos around A2P and what it all means.

The space is small, but it's so important for your business for outreach, and there's not a guide out there, so we try to be that.

So A2P stands for application to person, and it's just a technical term that just means any software system that wants to send a text message out to a handset.

If it's a business that is doing that, they have to go through a two-step process.

This is essentially just ensuring that whatever business you're signing up for messaging, you are able to work on behalf of that business so that you're not, um, you know, registering a company that you aren't a part of essentially.

It's a very quick three to five minute process to verify whether or not you actually are a representative of that business.

Once that's verified, it's now the campaign verification, or as I call it, the messaging use case.

That's where you're actually saying that I'm doing either low volume mixed or I'm doing, um, marketing, customer care, account notification, whatever the case may be, what you're actually sending.

Then you're providing sample messages, information on how the person opts in to messaging, and you're registering that with the individual carriers so that as you're sending traffic out, the carriers can look at your campaign and say they're supposed to be sending out marketing information As part of this business, they are doing that, we're good to go here.

Uh, and so that's really that two-step process, and where we come in is really twofold.

So in the brand stage, one of the things that you have to do is submit your business website.

I won't go into super high depth into what they are, but you have to have everything formatted perfectly on your checkboxes, your privacy policy has to be laid out in a specific way and have specific verbiage, and then you have to have SMS terms in your terms and conditions.
