And I was talking to a very successful business leader, uh, and this was many years ago, but I remember writing notes on a napkin in a cocktail party, and he said, "The difference between winning and losing is somebody that can focus on their priorities long enough."
Right? And what his teaching to me was in that moment is that it's not your capability, right? It's not even the environment.
It's just that you're a little bit of all over the map of all the things you're trying to do at once.
So as you've been working with people and individuals in that coaching and advisory piece- What are some of the things that you wish people would be able to articulate to others around them-
How do you coach people on their interactions with the people on their team, clients, right, boards, that are pulling, right? Because that's a missing element, too.
