So today, we're speaking about a pretty exciting question.
Not gonna lie- I'm excited.
Yeah, no, this, this, this one's super exciting because not only is the question wild, but we then started a deep dive on this question and really took it seriously, which led to some fascinating avenues.
Some great avenues, some new knowledge, some, some more questions, unfortunately.
[laughs] That is very true.
We, at the end of this, might not have...
We might even have more questions as we talk about it, but let's start with the initial question that was asked, and again, real question from our youth group.
How did Solomon bag all the baddies? This is the question.
[laughs] Now, in modern language- [laughs] What this is asking is how did Solomon end up with so many wives and concubines? Yes.
That is- But that's not as fun.
No, that is not as fun, 'cause how did Solomon bag all these baddies is a legitimate question of, we know Solomon loves women- Mm-hmm ... and he had a lot of them.
And so how did he get all of these women? And it's a great question to ask.
And that is what we're gonna start with.
