E

Ethan BanksHost

1:51

This is a challenge you're seeing with, uh, with some of your students, I think, in, uh, in some network design discussions.

Tony BurkeGuest

1:57

So the, the thing that, that brought this about was, uh, when you're building out, especially data center, but it could also be, like, a, a campus network or any other kind of network, uh, whether or not you're gonna go with EVPN-VXLAN or not, and...

Tony BurkeGuest

Or some other fabric technology.

Tony BurkeGuest

2:12

There, there's a couple others out there.

Drew Conry-MurrayHost

2:35

[laughs]

Tony BurkeGuest

2:36

Yeah, it's, it's, um, SVIs and VLANs.

Tony BurkeGuest

2:39

So there's no overlay or underlay.

Tony BurkeGuest

2:41

There's no VXLAN.

Tony BurkeGuest

2:42

It's a core aggregation access layer stack or a collapsed core.

E

Ethan BanksHost

2:46

Yeah.

Tony BurkeGuest

2:46

Um, and there's...

Tony BurkeGuest

2:47

It's kind of hard to...
