Well, for someone at any age, many of us look at what I call buckets of health.

You know, in my practice, we divide it into loosely the whole person, right? So I'm looking at not only menopausal optimization, but nutrition, exercise, sleep, relationships, emotional wellness, even play and fun and spiritual wellness, the whole everything, all of you.

So if I'm just checking a set of labs and looking for things that fall outside what the lab considers to be abnormal, which we can talk about, that's a whole different subject, really looking at what's optimal, having a different conversation about forget the normal ranges as the lab describes.

Let's look at what's really optimal for you to make the most out of each one of those what I call buckets of health.

And each one of them is important, not just your labs or not just your period, everything.

So how do you counsel differently, explain the concept of wellness and changes that may be coming? How is that different for someone that you're talking to when they're in their 20s and 30s versus when they have now entered their 40s?
