442: Why Your Instagram Following Isn't Growing (The Real Reasons Most Health Coaches Stay Stuck)

The first one I wanna share with you is that a lot of times, People like myself or other coaches, you can blame the algorithm.

They're not sharing it with enough people.

They're not whatever it is it might be, right? What I want to share with you is that some of that was actually true depending on the topic that you were talking about on YouTube or Instagram a few years back.

Now, some of it does hold true to today.

There is still a little bit of censoring.

However, for general health topics, I can tell you that's not the case.

I talk about some pretty controversial topics.

You can't get away with it on YouTube, I'll be honest with you.

You can't talk about...

You can't talk about ivermectin.

You can't talk about cancer.

You can't talk about all sorts of different things like that on YouTube.

Just not going to happen.

I've gotten all the strikes.

I've gotten the strikes for you.

You don't need to do it.

So here's what I want to share with you.

Instagram, Facebook, they're just far more lenient to be able to say what you choose to say.

And that can be totally up to you.

So I don't want us to blame the algorithm.

I will say that it takes a little bit to grow your account.

And the reason is based on the size of your account will be based on the amount of people they'll start to show your post to.

But if there's great engagement, which means view time on the video or post, and also comments, likes, and shares, the more of that, the more people it will be shown to.
