One is that, you know, this integration of the whole self and not just the sort of lifetime personality is really important.

I remember when I came into my sort of psychic spiritual awakening and I was at that time very involved in politics and government.

Of course, I've been psychic since I was a little kid, right? It's, it's not that that wasn't there, but the owning of that.

And the, like you said, the taking that into my identity and, and what I put forward into the world was really significant, but it was really just an integration of sort of my personality aspects that I had grown into in this lifetime, as well as the integration of all of who I was in the past.

And so I think those of us who've had a lot of lives once we can break through the programing from society, we realize that, gosh, we've been so many people in past lives and they're both a part of us and not us at the same time.

Meaning like they're a part of our story, but they're not who we are completely.

So like when I talk about my past lives, I say he or she, I don't, I'm not that person because it was like a role I was playing kind of like an actress in that lifetime.

That's not the complete me, right? And so you start to be able to integrate that stuff.

And especially if you have the awareness of like all the people that you've been and the whole vision.
I think that ownership of that too, like when I first started out, I just said, oh, well, I'm a psychic.
And then I wanted to coach more business people and people that were having big impacts.
So I rebranded myself as a coach and kind of didn't really talk about being a psychic at all.
And then once I got really deep into acceptance of it and just like, well, it's just such a core part of me.
