Hopefully the listener would agree once we get into it here of what this means.

So I think what I see over and over again, I'm curious your thoughts on this is that most vacation managers I talk to think that they have a little, have more of a sales problem than they do a branding and awareness problem.

They will start some bottom funnel, like bottom awareness level marketing channels.

And I've run some of these things before, so I'm not saying these aren't good things to do.

In fact, they are, and we're gonna talk about why they are a good thing in a moment.

But basically those things don't dream up the responses that you hope for because you've actually fundamentally skipped some of the steps that are early on in this process.

So today I think what we're gonna try to do our best of is work that you could be doing that's going to help so that moment when a homeowner comes and checks you out for the first time, you're actually ready for it.

And I think when you turn on these things in the wrong order, you try to do direct response before your brand is ready for a homeowner to get excited by signing with you.

You actually do more harm than good because you actually create two problems.

Number one, you spend money that you maybe not even have to go get leads that are not going to convert and sign for you, which is problematic.

And you might have actually potentially even done some damage to your reputation or your brand.

And yeah, curious your thoughts on this as we dive into it, given that you've worked on this a lot over the years, last few years.

It was a sixth sense he developed over time that I could tell within probably the first five minutes of talking to someone whether or not they were going to be successful.

And where it became more abundant was in that scenario you're laying out there of doing things a little too early on.

while developing or while trying to sell owners on a concept that they hadn't really fully fleshed out.

And that was something that Many times it was not a matter of what's your USP, it's where's your logo? We don't have that yet.
