In today's episode, we're going to talk about the part that nobody likes to say out loud.

I will never look or feel the way that I did 10 years ago or five years ago or even one year ago.

And all of those thoughts together, they're still not enough to quiet the sadness that comes with knowing what I just said.

And that issue is following me around, and I suspect that it's following you around too.

And the rooms that I sit in, the conversation about the body, it gets steered somewhere else the moment that it starts.

We're typically meeting for business advice or to hash out some relationship issue.

And I understand this because when your body is changed and you don't look the way that you did 10 years ago, that subject can feel like it's a verdict on your worth.

I don't want to carry it silently anymore and I don't want you to have to do it either.
