I had half because, um, I was also like, going in it was like finished at a hot springs and i was like these are like bad combinations for me and i

recovery train but i'm excited to talk about my race because i did race the yellowstone gateway uh 30k which i also have the hat and um yay it's just my another trail race so it's another opportunity you talked to me after the bangtail divide and 38 K.

and I put them to work today and I got first and I'm very excited, but it was a close race.

I almost did not, you know, I don't know if you last week I podcasted with Vanessa Forrester, um, because they were in town to run Bozeman 10 K.

And I talked about how I got like outkicked at the end you know like I was 20 seconds yeah and I did
listen you said you didn't really have it in you to like dig deeper and like fight for it

And so, and I didn't really look at the course map until yesterday and it was like 10 miles uphill and then eight miles downhill.

Like I was like, I could just lay in bed, sleep in and go on an 18 mile run by myself later.

It's in a really beautiful part of Montana and Paradise Valley, which is an area where I used to actually ride bikes a lot.

And so I was almost like having anxiety driving out there because I only ever used to like ride out there.

And I had forgotten I used to do like intervals on this road and ride with this hot springs.
