segmentOne of the most significant unmet needs in ovarian cancer is the patient with primary disease that's BRCA wild type and LOH negative, where outcomes are significantly inferior to patients with HRD-positive tumors.

And in terms of patients with HER2-positive disease, a new generation of trials are evaluating HER2-directed maintenance, including at least one study evaluating TDxd.
It's a study that's certainly worth doing, and we will have to watch this space and see how it goes.
And then we're looking at maintenance, you know, which has a toxicity.
How long do you give it for? You know, these are all big questions that we really don't know the answer to, which of course will come out in these major studies that are now being done.

Any comments about how the gynecologic oncology world is coming up to speed on TDxd?
This is uncharted territory for gyne oncology, medical oncologists.
You know, we could learn a lot from our breast cancer colleagues, and I think, you know, the first people I would go to actually are the breast cancer doctors and just tell, you know, "Tell me your experience of TDxd," because they've got such a greater number of patients.
So Joyce, we have a, a, a unique situation here.
Would you consider, so first line, HER2 therapy in this space, and how excited are you about the current ongoing trials? I think we addressed that.
Obviously, you're excited leading that trial, right? But h- I mean, how would you address this patient? Would you put her on trial?
So-
...
in that case, we don't have trastuzumab because it's an ovary, it's not endometrial-
... right? Kinda slam dunk.
Brian, if TDxd were to become a- available, again, ovary, we're ovary now, right?
How long would you use it? And then Joyce, I wanna tell you about, uh, I want you in clinical practice, and then I want you to answer what the clinical trial shows, uh, uh, it, it, it plans for.

No, and I think your question is asking how long do you use it in the maintenance setting.
In the maintenance setting.
