I'm going to start with some fairly mundane but very practical stuff and get into the more Like serious, longer term, grid down stuff.
Like if your gas tank is less than half full before you go home, when you're in the city, wherever there's gasoline or diesel fuel, you put gas in your tank.
You don't know if there's some big event or some disaster when that day will come when you can't get it.
Make that mental switch in your mind because you don't know when something bad is going to happen.
If you're a man, that means taking charge of your family, making sure your wife and others do the same.
For your primary, maybe secondary vehicle, if you have like a vacation vehicle or something like that, you know, a sports car that is just for fun, maybe that's not important.
But like for your daily drivers, for your pickup truck, for your stuff that you use all the time, that half gas tank rule is just really practical.
What if it's nothing like large scale or crazy but you just need to go to the hospital and it's faster for you to drive there than to call an ambulance? Have gas in your car.
You're probably not prepared for the end of the world if you don't have gas in your tank.
Or even in a regular, I've seen it like just, you know, in regular disasters where everybody's trying to call or text, that might not be that practical.
