Today we're gonna focus on surgical randomized trials, uh, big randomized trials that have done nothing to change practice.


And, you know, big, large randomized trials in surgery are not common, are they? And so, um-

But, you know, [laughs] we do have these big ones that really have, have made no difference to practice guidelines, anything.

And, you know, in most of these Journal Club episodes and regular episodes of GUCast, we're looking at randomized trials that are, you know, prospective randomized trials, often multi-center, but-
