So I can see how, whether you're working with this group or with your individual clients, the presence you're bringing, the calmness you bring, I can see where that would have a calming effect on them.

I think there's an element of trivializing some of the things that really are profoundly impactful for a leader.

When I think about who do I want to follow? Do I want to follow someone who is calm and collected and clear about where they're going and feeling some confidence and kind of, you know, more settled in the way that they speak and able to approach something with that.

Or do I want to follow the person who's, who's bouncing all over the place, you know, I'm kind of frantic and I, I like the first choice better.

So I think it's, I love what you said about like, we, you know, we maybe underestimate the impact of that calmness on our presence, you know, or coming to go

It seems if we're fully present, we're not fed up about, you know, or agitated ourselves about what might happen, what's going on with this person.

That for me is, just so integrated because if I am coming to a conversation calmly, then it's more likely I'm going to be clear headed and able to be present when I'm, when I'm feeling whatever uneasy, agitated, whatever the opposite of calmness is.

It's really hard to be present because I'm, I'm going in my head with these stories.

And I would love for you to talk about that piece because I think we underestimate the impact our own presence, our own way of being in the moment has on other people.
