And they're already anchored into our subconscious for who knows how long.
I've definitely gotten better at this over the years of noticing noticing when i'm in a thought spiral like that but um i definitely struggle with that the anxiety thoughts of it just goes like it's just non-stop
and then that and then that and then that and then that's gonna happen and that's gonna happen that's gonna happen and like you said with the fear britney it's like for me if i'm feeling afraid okay if i mess this up my brain takes it to the extreme possible scenario where it is like well then my business is over and i'm just not gonna have any money and then i'll have to move and then i like will be destitute on the street and then i'm just gonna be you know that's it i'm just gonna throw in the towel and it's like okay it's really not that No, but, but that's
Because to me, it's like, like I said, before, during, and after a mistake or the moment of the mistake and what we do to ourselves after.
And for me, the way I work through it with people is taking phase by phase a moment, a portion of time to be aware, like track their behaviors, understand what they do, and then shift.
Because you can't, until you see what you're doing to yourself, For my opinion, it's very hard to change, to just be like, oh, I'm going to turn off autopilot.
Well, what is your autopilot? And everyone has their own, I call it a FOMO fingerprint.
We don't all activate on the same things, but the patterns are the same, right? The underlying architecture is the same.
FOMO was built to protect us, right? And it works extremely well for what it was designed to do.
For those of us that do it, it's like it served the purpose and we all design the systems really well.
