Emma Stone

I haven't seen it in quite a while, to be honest, but I used to watch it around the holidays and I just absolutely love her in that.

And I think, honestly, I don't think anyone else who's played Cruella de Vil since then, whether it be Emma Stone in Cruella or Victoria Smurfit on Once Upon a Time, I don't think anyone's been able to match her really.

So it's just such a memorable performance.

So I adore Glenn, really, really adore her.

I think there's something that comes with age that can really transform a character that can transform a performance.

I think it would be so much fun if they have a good story.

I was not a big fan of I don't know how you feel about I was not a big fan of Cruella with Emma Stone and what they did with that character in that, which was like the origin story.

So I would like for them to do good on this character.

I think she would be hilarious on it.

I also, you know, have heard, some people are also saying Emma Stone, maybe.

That would be too,

see, to me, that's too obvious because they've worked together so much.

And I even think, I don't know if this is true or not, but I wouldn't be surprised if Emma Stone was a producer on this because they've collaborated a lot.

That's true.

And she's kind of really in her producer bag lately, which is a whole other topic.

Maybe it's going, it doesn't seem like Moonlight's going to win.

And then Emma Stone wins Best Actress for La La Land.

Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty go on stage to present the Best Picture Oscar, and they are handed the envelope that reads Emma Stone for La La Land instead of the Best Picture Award.

I didn't know that's what happened.

Yeah, Warren Beatty opens it, and he goes.

Right.

Do you find that La La Land versus Moonlight loses some of its impact because we've received all the answers? We know that it was an accountant who gave the wrong card.

Well, and so initially the people who were rumored were Emma Stone and Christopher Abbott.

But we get Emma Stone.

She's kind of always been...

And we literally didn't even get to sit down until like...

After the whole of that intro sequence, you know how after they finish singing, Ryan Gosling drives around Emma Stone's car and then she flips him off.

All of that, we missed.

So I was just like, thank God we've seen this film before because that is important.

Highly recommended for everybody out there.

So that movie is quietly devastating because Sebastian and Mia, that's Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone, have this incredible connection.

But They're really dedicated to living this sort of authentic life.

This is a sort of story that you really wouldn't even imagine in the 1950s, but they're both really building out these authentic careers.

I, uh, when-- I think the, when the buzz for the first season of "The Rehearsal" came out, uh, that's when I really caught on w-with his work and really was fascinated by "The Rehearsal" and went back to watch some of his, uh, earlier show, "Nathan For You," and enjoyed that.

I think the only thing that I didn't really gel with was, like, his fiction show that he did with Emma Stone.

Oh my God, yeah, that show.
