PJ BruggerGuestLisa McDermottHostWhat is something now as an RV dealership that you think that most people don't understand, like how a dealership actually works?

You know, one of the things that I've actually had a few conversations with already today is pricing and how pricing actually works with RVs.

And, you know, if you're looking to buy, you think, and I think it's the same way with tires or car dealers or things.

I think that is one of the really difficult things in the dealership world right now is what does that include and what am I actually going to pay? I mean, have you ever gone in to buy a car and you had a budget and you thought you were in your budget and by the time you left you were like $8,000 over your budget?

don't remember what your question was exactly, but that is one of the toughest things, I think, in dealerships, the things that people don't understand how it works.

Because dealers, just like anything, people, there is a lot of things that we have to add as a dealer, like we have to add batteries, we have to add propane.
And it's like, what is this dealer prep fee? Why do I have to pay that? Because you do have to do a lot of work on it.
And do you honestly want to buy a camper that just got unloaded from the semi or pulled here and nobody took a look at and handed it off to you?

Because the factories will tell you they do QC, right? They don't test everything on the camper.

They put it together, and they make sure, you know, all the trim fits, and off it goes.
