My name’s Helen Amery and even before starting Wild Fig, back in 2014, I’ve had a passion for great leadership and great cultures. This work didn’t come from theory For a long time, I lived inside the same paradox many of my clients now recognise. From the outside, I looked capable, composed, and successful. On the inside, I was running on pressure, over-responsibility, and self-control. I could lead. I could deliver.
