This time we watched Resident Evil Afterlife, the fourth movie in the original canon of Resident Evil films.

And I watched it in glorious 3D Blu-ray on my PlayStation VR1.

Ooh.

That had to have been akin to waterboarding.

So for people who've never used the PSVR one, it is not an acceptable field of view device.

So literally you cannot see the whole screen at any one time.

So it's constantly you whipping your head to the left and right over and over like a fucking bird.

Oh, no.

I did mean to check out through other means how this would be on a better headset like the PSVR 2 or the Quest 3.

But the PS5 does not support 3D Blu-rays.

And I did not have enough time between when I watched this movie and now to set up the Quest 3 to play it off my PC or in VR chat.

So I'll have to check that out down the road.

But we actually have a surprise reveal for our co-hosts.

You know how this is the fourth Resident Evil podcast? Yes.

The third one disappeared.

That was the buffer podcast.

I kept going, we have one more podcast, right? We never did that.

That was recorded before Five Nights at Freddy's 1.

that episode is secretly episode 22 holy shit we were driving to the theater to watch the odyssey and our friend is just like ah so you're gonna watch the third resident evil next right you hinted at that i'm like no the fourth one she goes you didn't you didn't do the third one though are you just skipping that because it's funny and i'm like no we oh my god
