Giants Lose to Saints in Failed Comeback | 225

I mean, I think there's multiple reasons the Giants lost this game.

I think it starts and pretty much ends with the offense.

I know that they gave up a lot of yards on the ground on defense, but I think that's kind of a product of the offense not giving them any help on the other side of the ball.

That was eventually going to happen, I think, against any other team.

The offense, outside of one drive with Jameis Winston for like 95 yards, a great drive.

I'm not trying to take anything away from it.

They didn't do anything, especially on the ground.

the benching of Cam Scadaboo just completely neutered the run game in this game.

Yeah, I think the answer is, like John Harbaugh said in his press conference, which he was pretty fiery in that press conference, they're not good enough.

Like, there's multiple reasons why the Giants lose this game.

Obviously, that's the game of football.

But, like, I think there's multiple serious reasons why.

Number one, like I mentioned, Jameis Winston, we have a backup quarterback playing.

He didn't play well enough.

But J.D. McCarthy might be the biggest talk of this podcast.

We will get to that.

Charlie Jones fumbling, that's a huge issue with the Giants.

It's unbelievable how big of an issue it is with the Giants.

And that...

That gave away seven points in a seven-point game.

That's the reality.

The Giants' run game is bad.

Outside of one game, the Giants' run game has been bad.

This is a bad run defense.

They were bad.
