Primetime SPECIAL LIVE: Uh Oh Brook Lynn 9-8-26

Watching the episode, I know what they were trying to do.

Watching the episode, they wanted to give us a very, it was a very serious, basically, mostly serious episode about, with high-stakes drama.

That's what they're trying to give us today.

So I understand that.

Hi, Samantha.

So I understand watching the episode.

I can separate for a second and watch the episode what they were trying to give us.

They're saying, okay, here we got the quarter mainstream going on.

We have the Brit and Jason and Anna stuff going on and the man who should not be mentioned.

They've also got the scout stuff kind of going on.

I know what they were trying to do.

They were really trying to do.

And so for me as a viewer and fan of the show, none of it worked for me because of the way they've set off.

And in the dialogue, they're saying stuff and going, yeah, that's you.

It's almost affirming.

You know this is a dumb storyline, right? They mentioned, I'm just going to say this one part really quick.

Well, what about Max's kids? You going to kill them too? I was like, yeah.

It's almost like, frankly, they're reminding us.

It's dumb, but it's like, I mean, it just, it's, so that's my, I don't know if you want to do an overall statement, but that was my, before we dig into the delicious storylines of the week, but that was my, that's my overall, I get what they were trying to present us.

But it just, it all fell flat for me.

High secret of truth, yes.

Okay, go ahead, Grace.

Do you want me to make an overall statement before we get into each one?

Nope.

I would say my overall statement is it's unfortunate to say that everything just kind of lined up.
