Arash MadaniHostYeah, I mean, I think, like, for me, it was, like, probably around day two or three is where I kind of sort of was like, okay, starting to feel like getting a little bit of, like, for me, it was more mental than anything.
And I wanted to get, like, one really good lift in just to make sure that the nervous system was firing.
Because I always felt like I would see guys come out of the All-Star break and they would kind of either still be, like, asleep for, like, a day or two.
But I think after, like, day two, three, like, I felt like I was like, all right, like, mentally, I started feeling a little bit better or more refreshed, I should say.
And for me, the mental break kicks in right after that last game before the break.
I mean, not you're going out, but you go to bed the night before a game and you're probably thinking about the pitcher you're about to face.
You know, at least I would try and imagine, you know, some at bats or picture myself doing good things, you know, at the plate or behind the plate.
So when you don't have to have to do that, you actually get to sleep and get good sleep and some good rest.
But he's right when he says, when Josh says that you don't want to just not do anything at all because you'll kind of lose that edge that you have.
