And this all builds into your reputation, your reviews.

Yeah, you've got to try and be fair.

You've also got to make money.

You've got to be careful.

That's why pricing your work is really important.

And it's where a lot of people fall, but they stumble at the first hurdle because they just look what everyone else charges.

and think, oh, I'll do it at a similar price to that, or perhaps a bit cheaper.

But you've really got to work out your business costs.

So you've got to find out all your outgoings, write all them down, and then your van insurance, phones, uniforms, everything, you name it, you've got to write it all down.

Then divide that by how many days you work, and they're your business running costs.

So you've got to look at that and say, I've got to make that per day before anything else.

Then you've got your wages, then you've got your business profit, And you've got to add all that together.

And then from that, you can say, I'm going to do this many services a day.

This is how much I need to earn.

And then you know then that you're in the right place.

You've got to try and keep the cost reasonable.

You don't want to be massively more expensive than anyone else, than everyone else.

But it's hard to try and get the points across to some customers because they just see a gas service as a gas service.

They might not think, oh, these are going to actually do a better job.

And that's where all your reviews come into it.

So if your reviews say they did this, they did that, they look after me, they got out quickly, I had an issue, they sorted that out.

That's what really helps other customers.

They can look at your reviews and see what's

happening.

So you have that brand.
