So we noticed that in the industry, there seems to be a lot of people trying to get as much work as possible, as cheaply as possible.

I really don't like that.

I want to get things done right to the best of our abilities and try and raise the standards.

And whilst we're doing that, obviously we do the social media videos and stuff like that to show other people about how we like condensates, how we put all the floor protection down.

So really look after the customer's property and just treat it with the respect that it's due.

How would you kind of think about, like, if you're just starting out or you don't have enough work, you know, there's a huge temptation to, to lower your prices.

Yeah.

I'd always recommend people don't.

Keep price for the standard of work that you're going to do.

Don't lower your prices.

And if you can lower your prices and you see people doing special offers and things like that, it's not something we've ever done because we're already priced as competitively as we can get away with going.

So if you can all of a sudden just reduce your prices, it means that you're overcharging, in my opinion.

So there's, um, where this competitive or competition on price comes from.
