Just the last question I always ask people is, you know, as you said earlier on, like when it's your minor year, you know, it is the most important up to then, it's the most important moment in your life.

look, I would say, enjoy it you know like sometimes you know you can maybe as a miner you can get too caught up and you can get too I suppose worried about stuff that you know you're kind of thinking oh if I don't if this doesn't happen for me, you know, I might never get a chance again.

They develop at different times, physically, especially, you know, some lads who mightn't be big players at minor, they could be like giants at 21, under 20, you know? So that's the first thing I'd say, listen to your coaches and just be the best you can be.

You can train as hard as you can, work as hard, do as much in the gym, but I think it's important that you show respect, you do things the right way, no shortcuts.

And just enjoy it further because isn't that what we're all, isn't that why we do it? Isn't that why, you know, ultimately if you're going to put in that much time into something, like you have to really love it.

And since you're my first goalie that I've had on the podcast, would there be any advice that you specifically would give to a goalie? It can be, you know, the minor goalie.

Obviously, you have to have your homework done and you have to know even your puck outs or where they're strong.

For example, if they have a really strong half-back line, maybe you have to go a bit short or maybe you have to be more connected with your midfielders, stuff like that.

And I would say that that comes, but that comes back to the friendship and building that trust and that respect as well.

And, you know, like obviously you have to be confident as a goalie, but, you know, you manage that confidence as well.
