Last Man Standing

So it didn't mean I was at production meetings and develop, but you know, Tim and his, his director and his showrunner would do their work and we'd show up at tapings.

So we were semi-retired, through the Last Man Standing and the current Shifting Gears shows.

But at the same time, if Tim needed us, we're there.

If Tim was going out to do three tour dates, I'd meet him and we'd work on material.

I guess I'd really enjoyed...

I enjoyed the tapings.

You know, when I was at the Drew Carey show and Home Improvement and Last Man Standing and whatever, it was a great feeling of accomplishment to know that, and to know that in the middle of a shot, I could walk up to Tim and go, now that joke, that hit, that's a great joke.

One wrote it.

I'm looking at a three and a half as well.

I'm signing up for the Last Man Standing contest with, uh, my buddy Doug Marsh.

He and I won it 20 years ago at Station Casinos.

We're, so we're gonna get the band back together-

I think there's a really nice slide guitar on a song called Savannah Fare You Well.

I like a track called Last Man Standing, and I also like the title track.

But there's some ones I was also not crazy about.

There's one on here called What If the Hokey Pokey Is All It Really Is About.

Jimmy, the Cold War is over.

Savannah, I agree with you on 100%.

Last Man Standing is a great song.

Really enjoyed it.

Just bad, bad, bad, bad, bad.

So we go backstage and we have Bully Ray, and he is just literally bullying JB, telling him, "What was, what is the matchup called?" "Last Man Standing." "What is the match called?" "Last Man Standing." "Say it again.

What is it called?" "Last Man Standing." "Emphasis, and the key is last." No, he doesn't say...

He doesn't pull a Kevin Nash.

I just felt like I had to put, put that in there, because still one of the greatest fumbles, but one of the greatest lines of all promos.

"Look at the adjective, play.

Look at the key word, last." But no, the key word that he had was that he mentioned that, you know, it was Last Man Standing, and that he is a man, and AJ Styles is a boy, and when they get in the ring, he's gonna be on top.

Wait, no, no, no, no, no, no. Oh my God, if [laughs], if he would've gone into a Kurt Angle route and just started doing that whole spiel, I would've loved this, but no, he was just taking this full seriously.

Right.
