yeah i was just actually well maybe we start with that a little bit josh obviously we talked about gameplay in both the episodes last week i think you know there was a feeling that the gameplay is different as we've been saying since the start and that that's been um a positive would you say there are more frustrations coming to the fore now after another week of the game
But it does seem to me that the majority of people with issues are people that are at their skill level.
We have the pro ladder that goes on in the first few weeks of the game where people are trying to finish...
You know, that is a race to find the meta, which is effectively the race to find the broken thing in the game.
And you also get the frustration of people who feel like they should be a lot better at the game than they actually are.
Now, that's not to diminish that there are maybe some issues that we can get into, but me personally, I'm still finding elements of the game that I'm enjoying.
Like, I've switched up formation probably more times than I have in any other game up until this point.
I think I've settled on one that I really like now, and I think will probably become meta, and it's not the one that everyone seems to be using.
I'm not frustrated with the game in the same way, even though I do think there are some issues.
I also think some of the things people had an issue with initially, stuff like feeling like passing was bad, there's still some feeling of that, but I'm not getting that.
But I mean more specifically that interceptions were maybe too strong, which was something I think I said in the very first podcast, that I thought maybe manual defending was slightly too strong.
I think now that I've got better attackers and specifically better passes of the ball, I'm not quite as strong on that as I was.
I now am learning the windows that I can pass balls through, whereas I'm coming from a game where you could pass balls through no window effectively and still get it through.
I... played the i played a few live events yesterday and had a lot of fun playing those um and yeah learning a bit of patience on the ball i don't know it's all kind of new and different stuff whilst there is a lot of things that that have carried over from 26 so yeah i'm not quite i feel like the communities may be split at the moment i think there's a lot of people that are enjoying the game and there is this group of people that are maybe not enjoying it quite as much but which is earlier than usual and makes me think actually the game might be okay.
I was saying to Fanny before we started recording, I just think this is a very playable game rather than it being frustrating or as frustrating as it has been in recent years.
