Aug 27, 2026 · 43 min · 11 segments
Today is our one year birthday! And we decided to celebrate by looking back at our favourite moments this year. Let us know if you loved any particular moments that we might've missed out on. Also…
Hello and welcome to another episode of Full Tuck, the Wingspan podcast with me, Aidan.
And with me, Adam.
You didn't introduce me this week, Aidan.
I was hoping for a reintroduction.
No, well, I thought, you
know, I thought we should actually stick to tradition and do what we always do rather than just randomly going off the cuff.
Great segue.
That's an immediately segue off the bat.
Well done.
So sticking to tradition, today is our one year birthday.
We're one year old.
Also, it's our 52nd episode and...
What a year it's been, Aidan.
Who would have thought we'd still be here in a year's time? Did you think that would happen?
No.
To give the short answer, no, that's being very pessimistic.
I think that the reason we're still going strong at this point is actually just because of you guys, the fans who are listening every week.
and the engagement that we've been getting from you guys.
Honestly, I don't think this podcast would be anywhere near, or have anywhere near as much longevity as it has had without you guys emailing in, telling us what you want to hear about, engaging with our opening hand reviews.
Because we would get very bored of just listening to ourselves talking.
We are
getting overwhelmed with
the emails.
It's great, though.
It is fantastic.
I'm loving it.
So today we're going to do a little review of our year, look back at our favourite bits, and just chat about maybe our next direction.
Do you think that's fair? Yeah, definitely.
And chat about some opening hands.
Before next week, we're going to open with some very special – well, not open.
Next week we are going to do part one of Q&A.
So we've had some wonderful Q&A, so we're going to be doing them next week.
But first, any spans for you this week, Hayden?
