When we go all in like you did on something, and we really think it's going to work, and it just doesn't, despite wrong time, wrong place, whatever the factors were for that not to work.

You were talking about the weight that comes from that and kind of internalizing those feelings of like, I'm glad you believed in me, but I didn't get it done.

And I got to go out and figure out how do I shed that? So I'm curious, what was effective for you when you were going through that process? How did you shed that weight? so that you could take that energy and reinvest and go all in on laundry.

Because it would have been really easy, Ken, to be like, man, this didn't work out.

Well, I don't want to gloss over that and make it seem like, oh, no, you just lean into it and go.

I had never in my life really experienced a lot of anxiety and depression, and I went through a deep, dark period of anxiety and depression to the point where I didn't want to wake up in the morning.

And what I mean by work, right? There's, there's a lot of that work is facing the reality of what happened and talking through it.

For me, some of the work was, I actually went and got brain scans done because I was literally going through a really challenging time where, again, when you get to a point where you don't want to wake up in the morning, that's not great.
