The numbers were about like 4.2 billion in premiums for 2025, which is like twice what happened in 2022.
But as As underwriters and brokers know, not all premium growth is created equal.
From where you sit, how much is that genuinely new risk coming into the regional transfer market versus an existing sort of international business simply finding a better space, a better home in Dubai?

I think that some growth reflects effectively in risk being placed through a more sophisticated and better capitalised marketplace, which the DIFC has the ability to offer.

But at the same time, concurrently, I think there is genuinely new risk, and that's across various classes of business.

I think that regulatory development has probably assisted that, combined with the fact that you have... dedicated brokers on the ground who are empowered to make decisions themselves.

But that also means that they want to keep business within the region, and that's kind of their prerogative to do so.

But I think the amount of investment, the amount of companies that have moved into the region, both inside and outside of insurance, that has been one of, if not the primary drivers of growth.

And do you see some new lines of businesses driving that growth? Like cyber, for example, we've been talking about it for many years.

So yeah, there's been, whether it's cyber, whether it's construction, whether it's trade credit, I think the realization, because previously there wasn't necessarily a full understanding of what the benefits tangibly were for purchasing insurance.

I think those have become a lot more clear and that has enabled us to grow a lot more effectively through those kinds of opportunities and the diversification of

I think earlier this year, perhaps you wrote a note on the market outlook basis, what your observations from last year.

And you had talked about the hardening because of the floods and stuff like that, the NatCat kind of scenario.
