Not by our, but not by our quarterly, um, uh, reports, not by our productivity or by our latest deadlines or what we have latest, uh, innovation or our numbers, which is what we're typically judged by.

A love just to be seen for a moment that we're a child of God and be recognized just as a child.

Not for what we do, not for a title, not for a position, not for how much we have, not even for how-- what we have or even what school we go to, but for who we are, a child of God.

The second hunger is, is equally as important, um, is to see others that way.

You know, it, it-- here in Silicon Valley, we, we, we're incredibly, uh, gifted and, and smart at assessing things, sizing things up very quickly, getting to immediate solution that's, that's not only that's in- innovative but it's profitable.

And, um, the challenge is we, we sometimes turn that on people, and we size them up in a matter of a minute.

Are they valuable, invaluable? Will they be part of our team as a contributor, or will they not? Are they gonna be a good neighbor? Are they not gonna be a good neighbor? Are they part of us or are they not part of us? And we have this sense of immediately assessing people.
