So I think the, [chuckles] the one that I've fell in love with the most, I'm calling it the subject line trick.

So I'll see an email or a longer thread of things, and I'll just be like, like, I kinda know what's in this email, and I know it's gonna be work, and I want her finished-

And so I just grab the subject, I throw it into Claude and say, "Go read the thread, go read all the emails, and then do the right thing.

The first one was somebody sent me an invoice for some work they did, and, and I was just like, "Is this worth it?"

And so it literally went line by line through all of his work, and then it was able to look up the sort of source of truth, which is in the CRM and like, am I getting good value? And it reads it and it's like, "Yeah, in fact you are," but they're like, "There's this small thing that he did for only like 200 bucks, and that had way more value than the 200.

You should ask for more of that and less of the other." And I'm like, "Cool."

Draft the email and send it back and say, "Approved," and next month, "Hey, let's work on more of this." And it was such a sweet little thing.

I was like, damn, I didn't think of that, but it, you know, I just hadn't come up with that.
