Honor BarrettGuestSteve MoranHostSo that's, I've never actually, it makes perfect sense, right? But I don't know that I've ever had anybody make that correlation.
So the second question I have is, what level of care do you provide? Is it, So let's talk about what the U.S.
So, yeah, you know, we have an active 55, which tends to be rental properties, or you've got something like a Margaritaville or a Sun City or the Villages, probably familiar with at least some of those where it's people, mostly people buy properties, like-minded people sort of together.
or another active 55 where it might be rental, then we get to assisted living and of course memory care.
So what level, I mean, are you providing, when people move into your 82 year olds, are you providing care and how much?

So there is domiciliary care delivered on site if you need it, but typically only about maybe 22% of our residents actually have a receipt of regulated care.

All the rest of them are getting their care with a small C needs from the concierges and the maintenance guy and the chef and all that sort of stuff.

It's a care light model, but yeah, we aspire for people to go all the way and die with us because we don't want them to have to do another move.
So what happens when, this is more like I do in a pre-call, but this is actually really interesting.
So when somebody needs assistance with things like medication or bathing or dressing, how do you

So we normally in the local town will have what we believe to be the best domiciliary care gown, but you're free to choose whoever you want to come and do your care and we will facilitate them coming in and they will come in and do your medication prompts.

Yeah, typically, doesn't it? It starts with like a hair wash once a week and then it migrates up from there and it should go all the way
through to...

When people get to four care calls a day, we do say to them, it would be cheaper now if you lived in a care home.
