OK, so let's start with the Nike shoes, shall we? Because obviously that all got and it was quite funny, actually.

I put a video out about Nike shoes, what I wanted for them to look like.

And I played around with AI and that sort of stuff.

But I really went to spend some time and went through what I feel like Nike needs to do in terms of their running shoes, how to improve them.

And then literally the day after I put it out or the day they put it out, they came out with the new two shoes.

So this is the Apex, which goes on sale in January, which is now that zero drop 40 mil absolute machine with the four Air Zoom units up the front.

It's got the new light Zoom X in it, which is in the Alpha Fly.

And I'm really enjoying the Alpha Fly 4, by the way.

But yeah, it looks a very cool shoe.

Expensive.

But it brings me back to the point that I made in the Adidas Pro 5 video, if anybody's seen the Pro 5, which is like the Pro 5, the Alpha Fly 4.

They now sort of feel like mid-tier racing shoes versus what they used to be.

I don't know whether you agree or not, but yeah, they've sort of changed the way they are, which is a bit concerning.

But the other shoe they came out with was the Swoosh Fly, which is this 145 quid entry-level racing shoe, apparently.

carbon fly plate the interesting thing for me was the new foam was the super critical foam in there that was the interesting thing for me that i took away from it that they've introduced this new foam so that's going to be interesting to see it's a lower stack shoe it's about i swear it's either 38 or 36 i can't remember exactly uh it was on the spec sheet but yeah so that that's going to be an interesting show if it comes out 145 quid that's going to be interesting but it will it will Really be interested to see how much it weighs.

I think that's the key thing for me on that swoosh fly is how much the swoosh fly is going to weigh.

Because you think about a lot of the shoes now, it's great.

Let's say, if I'm sake, it's 150 pounds, $160.

But you can pick up a lot of last year's models, current models by the time that comes out in 2027.

They're all going to be around that sort of price and they're going to be a lot lighter.

So let's see what happens with the Swoosh Fly.

But yeah, Nike Apex looks interesting.

I'm not a big fan of AirPods.
