you have more life experience and more expertise in this, just having worked with women in this demographic.

And what I find is that sometimes this information gets a little siloed and you get it as you're stepping into it.

I know one of the things that you had mentioned too was getting curious about things that I wish I would have known.

I wish I would have known the menstrual cycle better earlier in my 20s and 30s because it wasn't until my mid to late 30s, even as a sexual health educator, it just wasn't talked about.

But the ability to communicate with my husband where I'm at in my cycle, you know, every week we do a check in and it's planning for the week.

It's planning logistics, but it's also saying, you know, something that I'm grateful for that he did and everything.

And then also sharing like this week, I may be a little off because I feel like I'm going to get my period in the next few days.

And also, it's super helpful to know when I'm ovulating because I'll probably have more access to sexual connection during that time.

I also wish I would have known that going from that season of high school into adulthood, Carrying that play, like being able to remember to continue to play, play and creativity feed that same center, the sacral center, the reproductive cycle or system that plays the same part.

Like the more creative and play you have, the more access you have to pleasure with your partner.
