As you probably know if you followed the Blake Lively-Justin Baldoni Wayfarer saga for a while, we were expecting a big dump of unsealed documents.
The judge said a few weeks ago that he is ready to unseal everything that the public hadn't seen yet in this case.
I've been looking through some of this stuff and a lot of it is not that interesting, some of it we've seen before, but this part we haven't seen and this is about Ryan Reynolds.
These texts are now revealed in reference to a letter that was sent to the judge where Brian Friedman, Justin Baldoni, and the Wayfarer Party's attorney said to the judge, hey, you can't sanction us because that's what Blake Lively's party wanted to do.
They wanted to sanction them for filing a lawsuit against Ryan Reynolds for defamation.
So here the Wayfarer parties wanted to show the judge that, hey, it wasn't frivolous.
We had all this evidence proving that Ryan Reynolds was trying to defame Justin Baldoni.
Amongst other things, when he told Matt Damon and his wife Lucy that Baldoni was a malignantly vain sociopathic faux feminist whom Reynolds cannot believe has not gone to jail.
And he says here that Ryan was describing Baldoni as a thoroughbred predatory fraudster and that he, Baldoni, and his shitbag partner, talking about Jamie Heath, as predators and frauds.
WME agent Warren Zavala, that Baldoni was a real-life monster, that Baldoni had spent $500,000 to retaliate against Lively, and that Baldoni and Jamie Heath offended, harassed or violated too many people.
Also, they're referring to a text where Ryan texted Josh Greenstein at Sony saying, accusing Baldoni of malignant stupidity and revolting behavior and that he also remarked to Colin Hoover that Baldoni was obviously a predator and a sociopath and also that Ryan wanted WME, the agency, to unleash Ari on him.
Ari Emmanuel is one of the top guys over there and he has a reputation of being pretty brutal.
He's the one who came out publicly and said he's ride or die for Blake and Ryan and that he did not have a problem with firing Justin Baldoni.

Ryan says to Warren, You know who has only spent about $500,000 to retaliate, ruining my wife's reputation? and irreparably damaging brands she spent seven years meticulously building from scratch, capital letters.
To say nothing or the jobs and livelihood those operations provide, I'd say You know who has captured significant more value in this ordeal? Talking about Baldoni.
