[laughs] But anyway, to bring it back around, me and Andrew are always talk when we're fishing, and we got talking about frog fishing, 'cause that's what we were doing, and it was kind of slow, so we were talking, and, and I think one of the topics we came up with w- was about frog color, and we were like, "Does it actually matter?" You know, 'cause we have a whole bunch of frogs, whole bunch of different colors, and we all have our favorite color, but when it comes down to it, a lot of people are very opinionated on frog color.
So I thought we could talk a little about, about that, discuss kind of a little bit what bass actually see underwater.
Now, we don't know for sure, 'cause we're not bass and we can't talk to bass or communicate with them, but I thought we could talk a little bit about some research that this one biologist or zoologist did on bass.
So his opinion on bass, or his best guess, is probably way better than what me and Andrew could have done.
[laughs]
[laughs]
So does lure color actually matter? So we all know, we look through our tackle box, especially Andrew.
Andrew has this massive tackle box.
You're looking through it, and there's, like, everything, especially, like, some of the lures that Andrew likes, he has multiple, multiple multiples of them in different colors and sizes, and sometimes the variances of colors are, like, similar.
He's like, "No, no, that's bluegill with orange belly, not white belly."
[laughs]
Does it matter?
I just, just wanna s- wanna say what Jess is mentioning is unfortunately 100% factual.
[laughs]
It's, it's also what I bring with me, like, every single time I go fishing.
So, like, there's baits that I have at home that don't come with me every time.
[laughs] This is a tackle box that I literally take with me.
[laughs]
Yeah.
Well, exactly, right? So he has thousands of baits, so maybe he has to really listen to this.
So this information-
[laughs]
... is actually, it's, it's scientific, so you know.
What is this, an intervention now? I didn't sign up for this.
[laughs]
